Experience : - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry. - Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
