Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Engineering Manager with a strong technical background (B.Tech) and hands-on experience in technical marketing, product promotion, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and marketing, helping drive product positioning, technical presentations, and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute technical marketing strategies for product awareness and market

expansion.

- Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical consultations for clients.

- Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation, proposals, and customer conversions.

- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine product positioning.

- Create marketing assets such as brochures, case studies, technical documents, and pitch decks.

- Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams for product updates, improvements, and feature communication.

- Assist in pricing strategies, market segmentation, and go-to-market planning.

- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meets, and technical seminars.

Requirements:

- B.Tech is mandatory (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil as applicable).

- MBA in Marketing preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, technical sales, product marketing, or engineering-based business development.

- Strong ability to translate technical features into customer value propositions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Strong problem-solving approach and customer-first mindset.

- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing automation tools (preferred).
