Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday- Friday

The Role:

- We're looking for a Marketing Manager who will be at the heart of execution. If the Marketing Leader is the strategist, you are the executor.


- Your focus will be on running online campaigns, optimizing ad spends, managing performance marketing, and ensuring our content reaches the right students at the right time. You'll also support on-ground activations and help drive growth at scale.

What You'll Do:

- Execute online marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Manage paid ads, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Work with the content team to deliver creative assets for campaigns.

- Support influencer collaborations, social media activities, and community engagement.

- Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations in colleges.

- Analyze data, create reports, and present actionable insights.

Who You Are:

- 1-3 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and ads management.

- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/ASO, and analytics tools.

- Understanding of Gen Z digital behavior, content trends, and engagement levers.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hustler mindset.

- Analytical thinker who loves experimenting, testing, and optimizing campaigns.
