Keyskills :

- Looking for candidates having experience in B2B marketing/sales experience, having atleast 5 years in sectors like Data Centres, Semiconductor, Telecom, Cloud, or Building Automation.

- Experience in digital infrastructure marketing, VOC programs, and segment marketing.

- Strong stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leadership/CXOs.

- Proven capabilities in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for high-tech solutions.

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and digital business targets.

- Lead innovation across products and solutions

- Translate customer insights (VOC) into strategic marketing initiatives.

- Strengthen category management and sales activation.

- Enable sales teams through training, tools, and competitive intelligence.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies (e.g., data centres, semiconductors).

- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to build strong value propositions.
