Job Title: Marketing Communication Manager


Location: Gurgaon


Industry: Luxury Retail | Designer Apparel


Role Overview:


- The Marketing Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support retail and digital growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement brand-aligned marketing communication strategies across online and offline channels.


- Manage brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency across campaigns, retail, and digital platforms.


- Lead content creation for campaigns, lookbooks, catalogues, social media, website, and in-store communication.


- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.


- Coordinate with creative agencies, PR partners, influencers, photographers, and stylists.


- Work closely with design, retail, e-commerce, and social media teams to ensure cohesive communication.


- Oversee PR activities, media coverage, press releases, and brand collaborations.


- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign timelines.


- Track campaign performance and derive insights to optimize communication strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field.


- 58 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.


- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and storytelling.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Experience handling 360 marketing campaigns.


- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies.
