Your New Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of the local portfolio marketing strategy in collaboration with senior leadership. You will drive campaign launches and sales execution to achieve short- and long-term business objectives, while acting as a brand champion to build internal alignment and external engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret market insights to develop targeted marketing and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives and customer needs

- Leverage multi-channel platforms to communicate key brand messages effectively

- Develop annual and cyclical brand plans to meet business goals

- Design and execute innovative campaigns to support sales performance

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for seamless execution

- Lead new product launches in line with local strategy and regional guidelines

- Ensure all activities are aligned with ethical standards and organizational processes

Your New Team:

You will be part of a high-performing marketing team responsible for driving business growth, market insights, and strategic initiatives across cardio-metabolic therapy areas, with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed institution with a background in Science/Pharma

- 7- 10 years of experience in core marketing and sales roles

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

- Experience in consumer and digital marketing, including digital activation

- Proven ability in planning, execution, and driving results with a creative and innovative approach

- Client/customer-facing experience is an advantage
