Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive measurable growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in multi-channel campaign execution, brand leadership, and leveraging modern marketing technology, including AI tools, for optimization.

The ideal candidate will be adept at building high-performing teams, managing budgets effectively, and collaborating across functions to meet ambitious business objectives in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans that align directly with overall company goals, defining clear brand positioning and target audience strategies.


- Implement strategies to significantly build brand visibility and recognition in the software industry, focusing on establishing thought leadership and using regular measurement through brand awareness surveys and sentiment analysis.


- Stay continuously updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to guide marketing direction and identify new opportunities for market growth.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

- Design, launch, and execute highly targeted campaigns across all key digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, webinars, events) to attract and convert qualified leads.


- Ensure marketing campaigns contribute significantly to the qualified sales pipeline and directly support revenue objectives.

Brand Leadership & Consistency

- Lead all branding and rebranding initiatives, including the definition of visual identity (logos, templates, signage) and core messaging (vision, mission, values).


- Ensure absolute brand consistency across all internal and external communication platforms and marketing materials.

Budget, Performance, and Technology

- Plan, manage, and meticulously optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).


- Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics for performance optimization, ensuring the most efficient budget allocation across channels.


- Track, analyze, and report on critical marketing KPIs such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rates, and campaign ROI to ensure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Team Management & Development

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, setting clear KPIs/KRAs, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing necessary training and professional development to ensure team growth and productivity.

Cross-functional & Channel Collaboration

- Work closely and collaboratively with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure marketing activities are seamlessly aligned with business objectives and drive tangible outcomes.


- Collaborate effectively with distributors and channel partners to extend brand reach and execute region-specific marketing strategies for greater market penetration.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
- MBA in Marketing or a closely related discipline (Strongly Preferred).

Professional Experience & Skills

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role, ideally within the B2B software or technology industry.


- Proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that have delivered measurable ROI and pipeline growth.


- Demonstrated knowledge of modern digital marketing stack tools and a clear understanding of how to use AI and automation for optimization.


- Exceptional skills in budget planning, resource allocation, and financial analysis related to marketing spend.


- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building, motivating, and managing marketing teams.


- Deep analytical skills and proficiency with marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data, BI tools).


- Expertise in managing complex branding projects, from visual identity creation to messaging frameworks
