Were looking for a Marketing Manager who can bridge technology, brand, and business in a fast-evolving, global environment. The role involves managing the marketing lifecycle of premium, engineered products developed in Europe and sold in India. This position sits at the intersection of product marketing, brand communication, and pricing strategy - working closely with regional sales, R&D, and global product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Communication:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to position the brand as a premium player in the building materials segment.
- Manage digital, social media, events, and exhibitions to enhance visibility and engagement.
Product Marketing:
- Act as a bridge between global R&D teams and local markets to translate technical product features into compelling market narratives.
- Lead product lifecycle planning, pricing strategy, and competitive benchmarking
Channel & Trade Marketing:
- Design marketing initiatives targeted at fabricators, dealers, and sandwich panel partners to drive adoption and loyalty.
- Support channel partners through co-branded activations, on-ground events, and training sessions.
Pricing & Market Insights:
- Understand product pricing, market trends, and consumer durability dynamics to recommend positioning strategies for premium products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with European counterparts and global marketing teams to align on product introductions, messaging, and launch timelines.
What Were Looking For:
Experience:
- 7-12 years in product marketing, brand communication, or trade marketing - ideally from consumer durables, building materials, or allied industrial product sectors.
- Engineering degree preferred (IIT or Tier-1 institute is a strong plus).
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to work in a start-up-like environment within a large global organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions.
