Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing operations for BMW Cars & Motorrad in Patna.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automobile marketing, a strong understanding of both ATL and BTL activities, and the ability to drive brand visibility through innovative campaigns and digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BMW Cars and Motorrad brands in the region.
- Plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities, including events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Manage and enhance brand visibility through social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Oversee dealership-level branding, local advertising, and customer engagement programs.
- Coordinate with BMW Indias central marketing team for brand compliance and campaign execution.
- Track marketing performance, analyze ROI, and prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate or MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile marketing.
- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing, event management, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
