Position Overview:


The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans that enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in integrated marketing, brand management, digital strategy, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Planning:


- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.

- Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

Brand Management:


- Lead brand positioning, identity, and messaging across all channels.

- Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals in all marketing materials and communications.

- Oversee production of creative assets including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Digital Marketing:


- Oversee digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven initiatives.

- Monitor analytics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.

Corporate Communications & PR:


- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.

- Manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communication when necessary.

- Collaborate with leadership for executive communications and thought leadership content.

Events & Campaigns:


- Plan and manage corporate events, webinars, and sponsorships.

- Drive product launches and brand campaigns end-to-end.

Team Leadership:


- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and HR teams to align messaging and objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

- Proven experience managing agencies and vendors.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.

Qualifications:


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications.

- Experience in manufacturing industries will be plus.

- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Coral Draw etc software.
