Description:
Department: Marketing & Communications.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals in all marketing materials and communications.
- Oversee production of creative assets including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Digital Marketing:
- Drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven initiatives.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
Corporate Communications & PR:
- Manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communication when necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership for executive communications and thought leadership content.
Events & Campaigns:
- Drive product launches and brand campaigns end-to-end.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and HR teams to align messaging and objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Proven experience managing agencies and vendors.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications.
- Experience in manufacturing industries will be plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Coral Draw etc software.
