- We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Marketing & Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

- This role bridges the gap between market intelligence, product positioning, customer engagement, and business strategy.

- You will be responsible for shaping brand direction, enabling commercial success, and driving long-term growth in a competitive market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and threats.

- Develop and refine annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Evaluate market entry strategies, pricing models, and product positioning for both existing and new markets.

- Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, growth modeling, and revenue forecasting.

Brand & Product Marketing:

- Define and refine brand messaging, voice, and value proposition across all channels.

- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing content-case studies, whitepapers, presentations, product brochures, digital assets, and more.

- Lead campaigns for product launches, feature updates, and customer engagement programs.

- Ensure consistent branding across marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercial Enablement:

- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, solutions, or services.

- Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align offerings with customer needs.

- Build and execute robust sales enablement plans including sales toolkits, pitch decks, battle cards, and training content.

- Establish KPIs to track campaign performance and sales readiness effectiveness.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Identify and segment target audiences; refine customer personas to guide outreach.

- Plan and manage participation in industry events, webinars, and customer engagement forums.

- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and partners to improve messaging, product positioning, and campaign tactics.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

- Lead digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms.

- Analyze campaign effectiveness using CRM and marketing automation tools; recommend data-driven optimizations.

- Manage marketing dashboards, ROI tracking, and reporting frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business development roles, preferably in B2B, life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth strategy frameworks.

- Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market programs.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

- Strategic thinker with operational discipline and a bias toward execution.

- MBA or equivalent experience in strategic marketing or commercial operations is a plus.
