Designation: Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive Kheytis marketing strategy and execution, working closely with senior leadership to align priorities with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute rural-focused marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to different geographies and farmer segments across Kheytis operations.
- Champion the Kheyti brand by ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing collaterals, channels, and touchpoints.
- Build brand awareness and credibility across the government, funder, partner, and talent ecosystem, including PR, media outreach, and employer branding efforts.
- Design, manage, and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to support farmer acquisition and generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Field teams to ensure marketing initiatives translate into on-ground adoption and impact.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, inform decisions, and improve performance.
- Build, manage, and guide a lean marketing team and external partners, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and accountability.
Ideal Candidate:
You are a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end. You are comfortable working close to the field, understand rural audiences, and can translate strategy into execution. You thrive in lean environments and are motivated by building impact-driven brands.
Must-Haves:
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 to 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with direct ownership of campaigns and brand initiatives.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience working on rural or low-income markets, with evidence of field-based marketing or user outreach.
- Proven experience owning and executing marketing funnels(awareness lead conversion), including tracking core metrics.
- Experience working closely with Sales / Field / Program teams to drive adoption or on-ground outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in agri-tech, agriculture, rural livelihoods, or impact-focused organizations.
- Prior experience managing junior team members or external agencies.
- Exposure to PR, media engagement, or employer branding initiatives.
