Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives for the GCC region, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.

- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.

- Create compelling content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media updates, to engage target audiences and establish thought leadership.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and online advertising, to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to optimize campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and regional teams, to ensure alignment and support business goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing marketing strategy and tactics.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies, freelancers, and media partners, to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines, protecting the company's reputation and brand image.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.

- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI across various channels.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Deep understanding of the GCC market and its cultural nuances.

- Experience in performance management and reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment in Bangalore.

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in marketing.
