Role Summary:
- Manage end-to-end marketing activities for a premium modular kitchen and wardrobe brand.
- Drive brand presence through social media, content creation, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content posts, reels, videos, blogs, emailers, and brochures.
- Coordinate with designers for high-quality creatives and brand storytelling.
- Execute digital and offline campaigns; support events and studio activations.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, ROI) and optimize strategies.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and studio teams for aligned execution.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in marketing, digital marketing, or brand communication.
- Strong social media management and content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR).
- Creative thinking with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools (preferred).
- Experience in interior/lifestyle/design brands is a plus.
