Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client , a leading social enterprise making a difference since 2001. This is a strategic and creative role for someone who can build brand love, not just brand visibility. The focus is on creating a strong brand pull that inspires volunteers, nonprofits and partners to engage with us because they believe in its purpose and connect with its story.
You will lead the organisations marketing and communications strategy, craft compelling narratives, strengthen brand identity and ensure every campaign reflects our values of empathy, collaboration and impact.
Location - Pune
Brand and Strategy
- Develop annual marketing plans covering brand strengthening, digital engagement, and flagship programs
- Establish brand guidelines, tone of voice, and consistent identity across all platforms
Storytelling and Content
- Craft written, visual, and video narratives that celebrate volunteers, nonprofits, and partners
- Spotlight authentic stories that show our real impact
Digital Engagement and Community Building
- Lead social media, email marketing, SEO and SEM, and website content
Campaigns and Events
- Drive purpose led campaigns
- Shape campaign experiences from the first announcement to post event storytelling
Data, Insights, and Collaboration
- Translate volunteer metrics into compelling insights and impact reports
- Track engagement, web traffic, sign-ups, and leads; share insights with leadership
