Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and PR channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all platforms.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design lead-generation campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
