Description: Our client is a fast-growing apparel brand with a strong omnichannel presenceoperating both online through leading e-commerce platforms and D2C website, and offline through exclusive brand stores and retail partners. The brand is known for its design-led collections, premium quality, and customer-first approach.


Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build awareness, drive footfall, and grow online sales while maintaining a unified brand experience across touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:


- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with brand positioning and business goals.


- Digital Marketing: Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media strategy to drive D2C growth.


- Offline Marketing: Plan and execute in-store activations, retail branding, local marketing campaigns, and collaborations to enhance footfalls and conversions.


- Content & Communication: Oversee content creation for campaigns, social media, website, and offline collaterals ensuring brand consistency.


- Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine brand strategy.


- Agency & Partner Management: Manage creative, media, and PR agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.


- Performance Tracking: Measure campaign ROI across channels and prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics.


Requirements:


- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing preferred.


- 6-10 years of experience in marketing within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry.


- Proven experience in managing both online (D2C/eCommerce) and offline (retail/store) marketing campaigns.


- Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).


- Creative mindset with strong communication and project management skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
