Primary Responsibility:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and PR channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all platforms.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design lead-generation campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
