About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading key marketing initiatives that support our in-house teams' objectives for retention, nurture, and lead generation.
You will leverage your analytical skills and strategic mindset to optimize campaigns, provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and manage our marketing collateral and web presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
- Oversee campaign performance, analyzing email KPIs and lead data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns for improved conversion rates.
- Measure and analyze data from multiple channels to gain a deep understanding of customer engagement and the overall customer experience.
- Leverage performance dashboards to provide strategic insights for future marketing campaigns and business decisions.
- Manage the production of comprehensive monthly and quarterly marketing reports, ensuring timely delivery across multiple divisions.
- Develop, maintain, and own campaign performance dashboards to monitor key metrics in real time.
- Serve as a key liaison to the sales team, providing them with valuable insights and support to help drive business growth.
- Manage the development and updating of marketing collateral to ensure all materials are current and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate printed marketing materials and support for company events.
- Ensure the highest quality of all marketing communications through diligent proofreading and quality assurance.
- Oversee the monitoring and management of customer feedback and reviews on platforms like Trustpilot.
- Utilize content management systems (e.g., Foleon) to build and maintain new web and content pages.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
- Proven strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques across various channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
