Job Title: Marketing Manager

Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies and operations independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of executing digital and offline marketing campaigns, managing teams, vendors, and agencies, and delivering measurable results. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives without micromanagement and can seamlessly align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Leadership:


- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across online and offline channels.


- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


- Align marketing activities with the organizations overall goals and business targets.


Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:


- Lead SEO, Google Ads, and paid media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.


- Manage all aspects of social media platforms, including strategy, content, engagement, and performance tracking.


- Implement and monitor digital analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.


Offline Marketing & Events:


- Plan and execute offline campaigns, events, trade shows, and promotional activities.


- Establish partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility in target markets.


Content Creation & Communication:


- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, magazines, ads, and internal communications.


- Ensure all communication materials align with brand standards and messaging.


Vendor, Agency & Budget Management:


- Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.


- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets efficiently, ensuring cost- effectiveness without compromising quality.


Team Management & Leadership:


- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.


- Ensure the team delivers results independently while encouraging innovation and accountability.


- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify skill development opportunities for team members.


Market Research & Competitor Analysis:


- Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.


- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.


Proactive Problem Solving:


- Identify potential challenges in campaigns or team operations and resolve them effectively.


- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and support.

Key Requirements :


- MBA from a reputed institute.


- Minimum 5 years in marketing, including team leadership and vendor/agency management.


- Experience in handling multiple brands, B2B


- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and digital marketing tools.


- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.


- Exceptional communication and writing skills.


- Strong interpersonal skills for people management and vendor negotiations.


- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.


- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
