Title : Manager - Market Strategy

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

Roles & Responsibilities (essential functions and responsibilities of the job) :

- Actively go to market to represent GCC capabilities and offerings.

- Identify opportunities and generate leads

- Build and nurture new relationships with key decision- makers and influencers.

- Connect with the procurement teams of GCCs and large conglomerates

- Client events.

XLOS Collaboration :

- Collaborate with other Lines of Service (LOS) to align market efforts

- Identify and pursue joint opportunities across service offerings.

- Leverage cross-functional strengths to deliver integrated solutions to clients

- Engage regularly with Partners and Directors to align on market priorities.

- Support strategic pursuits by collaborating on high-impact opportunities.

- Drive growth in priority accounts through targeted business development efforts.

- Thought leadership and support on proposals.

Mandatory skill sets :

- Post Graduate/CPA/CFA with relevant experience of 6+ years working Relevant Industry experience - GCCs, FS, Managed Services

- Excellent communication Professional level skills in Power point, Visio, Power BI

- Prior experience in similar

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

- Keen attention to details.

Years of experience required :

- 6+ years of experience in working in Private Equity or Fund Operations domain.

Education qualification :

- Post Graduate/CPA/CFA with relevant experience of 5+ years working.
