Key Accountabilities: - Manage and conduct Market Research activities and Marketing Business Analysis regarding brand, product, customer insights, competition, and wealth trends with the responsibility to regularly report findings and recommend business improvements in line with yearly objectives and sustainable long term strategic targets. - Develop and maintain Market Research and intelligence framework for all areas of brand, product, customer, competition, wealth, and trends. - Plan and project manage research projects in conjunction with process partners. - Plan and implement periodic and real time reporting structure to share results with relevant business and process partners. - Develop customer segmentation and targeting approach based on customer insights and track regional / local penetration to increase sales opportunities. - Alignment with regional teams to share findings and gather feedback for better market understanding - Management of Market Research partners, agencies, and suppliers, both within India and in regional markets. - Awareness of future trends and cultural differences / sensitivities across the world and sharing insights to support future strategy. - Regular proactive engagement with Group colleagues based in Berlin to report on brand, product, customer insights, competition, and wealth trends. Qualifications: - Relevant university degree or equivalent. - Significant professional experience in marketing, planning, CRM and/or data mining in the luxury or automotive sector. - Brand and commercial understanding, project planning skills and CRM system knowledge are essential. - Project management experience including stakeholder management with Board members and senior business leaders. - Experience with budget management incl. purchasing processes. - Agency and supplier management. - International, intercultural experience. - Additional language desirable. French or German would be an asset, but not mandatory for this role. - Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
