Manager - Market Research   Purpose:   - Research Manager mainly for Cigarette & other GPI Business Categories   - Provides optimal Research solutions addressing the Business Imperatives   Key Responsibilities:   1) Understanding Business Imperatives and Requirements   2) Independently Manage Research Requirements as mandated by Business Stakeholders within the Organization   3) Develop & Manage agency and other supplier Relationships   4) Ensures high Quality & Actionable Research Outputs and Presentations   5) Maintains Cordial Professional Relationship with all Internal and External Stakeholders   Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Traits:   - MBA full time, preferably from Premier Institute   - Should have at least 4 to 6 years of work experience either in any of the top research agencies – IMRB, TNS, IPSOS/ Synovate, Nielsen. Or should have worked in Consumer insights function in any of the reputed organizations   - Domain / research knowledge in FMCG / CPG sector   - Well versed with Quantitative Research Techniques & Research Methodologies: Brand track, Product/ pack Research, Segmentation, Communication Development & Research etc.   - Knowledge of qualitative research will be an added advantage   Gaurav Dwivedi
