Manager - Market Facing Investment Banking/M&A/Private Equity Advisory

Note: We are looking for candidates between Age : 28-33.

- We are India's leading full service boutique M&A advisory services firm with offices in Chennai and Bengaluru, as a team having executed more than 75+ deals in the space of healthcare, pharma, industrial, consumer & technology.

- With a strong pipeline of deals, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our successful boutique investment banking practice.

- The ideal candidate will possess 5-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking and deal-making, with a strong background in market or client-facing roles. The preferred age profile is 28-33 years.

- Candidates should hold a CA or MBA from a reputable institution and have experience in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, IT, and consumer space.

- This opportunity is available for candidates currently based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Cochin, or Coimbatore, who are willing to relocate to Bengaluru

This role encompasses end-to-end deal management, including:

- In-depth company research

- Client interactions

- Preparation of deal collateral

- Investment pitches

- Due diligence support

- Transaction documentation management

- The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our team to secure, manage, and execute large and mid-size M&A and Private Equity transactions.

- The position also involves working directly with promoters, CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives, as well as financial, legal, and tax advisors, to ensure effective project management.

- Additionally, the role requires strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various internal and external teams, such as those in other locations, due diligence teams, and other advisors, to facilitate transaction completion.

- A good understanding of the PE/VC landscape is essential.

- A key aspect of this role is thought leadership, focusing on specific sector/industry segments to

generate valuable materials such as articles and sector intelligence

- The fixed compensation will be as per market, along with attractive variable pay component
