Manager - Manufacturing - Power

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and timely production. The role will focus on production planning, operational efficiency, quality, manpower management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day manufacturing and production operations.

- Develop production plans and ensure timely achievement of production targets.

- Monitor production processes, productivity, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with planning, procurement, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams.

- Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and other manufacturing resources.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Drive initiatives for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process optimization.

- Monitor material availability and ensure smooth production flow.

- Maintain manufacturing records, MIS, and operational reports.

- Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational objectives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and operational standards.

- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
