Job Description: Manufacturing Manager (Aurangabad Plant)

Location: Aurangabad

Reporting To: Head - Manufacturing

Role Purpose:

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a six-line beverage plant (200-300 BPM), ensuring excellence in Quality, Delivery, Cost and People while driving productivity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily production, planning and execution across all manufacturing lines.

- Deliver production, OEE, efficiency, yield and schedule adherence targets.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP/FSSC 22000 and quality systems.

- Drive conversion cost reduction, waste reduction and productivity improvements.

- Coordinate with Engineering to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

- Lead new product launches, line commissioning and operational stabilization.

- Develop production teams through coaching, performance management and capability building.

- Drive Lean, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering)

- 6+ years in Beverage/FMCG manufacturing

- Experience managing automated beverage lines

- Strong leadership, problem-solving and operational excellence mindset
