We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence throughout the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to post-merger integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, technology, and human resources, as well as external advisors, to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our strategic growth initiatives by optimizing operational synergies and maximizing value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational due diligence efforts by assessing target companies' operational capabilities, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing integration plans.

- Manage the post-merger integration process by coordinating integration activities across various functional areas, tracking progress against key milestones, and resolving integration-related issues.

- Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance across the integrated organization.

- Conduct detailed analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimizing processes and systems.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders by organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and providing regular updates on integration progress.

- Support the development of M&A playbooks and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient execution of future transactions.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of integration efforts and identify areas for further improvement.

- Proven experience in conducting operational due diligence and managing post-merger integration activities.

- Deep understanding of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
