Manager - M&A & Strategy

- Conduct deep-dive analysis of internal performance metrics and external market trends

- Deliver executive-ready summaries and dashboards to support CFO decision-making

- Identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities through data modeling and benchmarking

- Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles with data-driven inputs

- Maintain a centralized tracker of strategic initiatives and ensure the various initiatives are being driven with timely execution

- Monitor progress, flag deviations, and proactively follow up with stakeholders

- Provide weekly updates and risk assessments to the CFO on key deliverables

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability

- Be regularly involved in special projects being monitored by the CFO in Finance, Procurement, Insurance, M&A, Strategy, and business growth.
