Manager - M&A & Financial Modeling

Description:

The Manager will be responsible for preparation of financial models and investment memorandums, collating information from client teams, participating in deal-structuring discussions and due diligence support.

Qualifications:

- CA with strong article ship background/or MBA

- 4-5 years of professional work experience with at least 3 years of investment banking work experience

- Research skills and data analysis

- Prior experience in financial modelling, valuation, and M&A processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in creating pitch books to showcase investment opportunities.
