Role Overview:

As a Manager - M&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's inorganic growth strategy through the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. You will work closely with senior management, business unit leaders, and external advisors to originate and execute deals that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your work will directly impact the company's market position, revenue growth, and shareholder value by successfully closing and integrating strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, from initial target screening and due diligence to negotiation, deal structuring, and closing, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation modeling, and risk assessments to evaluate potential M&A targets and provide recommendations to senior management.

- Manage cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, tax, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and other potential deal partners to identify and source M&A opportunities.

- Prepare and present transaction proposals, investment committee presentations, and other key documents to senior management and the board of directors.

- Oversee the post-merger integration process, working closely with business unit leaders to ensure successful integration of acquired businesses and realization of synergies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with expertise in discounted cash flow analysis, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investment bankers, and legal counsel.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or CFA is preferred.

- Possesses 6-10 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
