FP&A Manager India. Location: India (Bengaluru). Experience: 7+ years in FP&A / Financial Reporting | 3+ years in People Management.


About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead our India-based FP&A team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the business. As an FP&A Manager, youll guide and empower a talented team, oversee key financial processes, and ensure high-quality reporting and analysis. Youll also manage tools for budgeting, forecasting, and time trackinghelping us maintain precision and performance at every level.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Process Improvement:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts.

- Oversee reporting schedules and ensure deliverables are met on time.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes.


Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including Board and executive presentations.

- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership and department heads.

- Track and analyze expenses for ongoing projects.


- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across Revantage, Blackstone, and portfolio companies.


Time Tracking & Anaplan Management:

- Oversee time-tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance during month-end close.

- Manage the Anaplan support inbox and assist users with time-tracking queries.


What Youll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting.

- At least 3 years of people management experience.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Anaplan, Smartview/Essbase, Alteryx, Workday, and/or Power BI.
