Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust data frameworks, dashboards, and data collection systems to measure program outcomes and impact. - Work with program teams to define indicators, set baselines, and develop tools for tracking learning outcomes and implementation fidelity. - Analyse large-scale quantitative and qualitative datasets using appropriate statistical and analytical methodologies. - Prepare high-quality impact reports, dashboards, case studies, and policy briefs for donors, government stakeholders, and internal use. - Manage external research partners, vendors, and field teams involved in third-party assessments. - Conduct literature reviews, secondary research, and benchmarking studies to inform strategy and innovation. - Ensure ethical data practices, high data quality standards, and secure data management systems. - Support the leadership team in crafting data-driven presentations and narratives for funding and advocacy. - Contribute to thought leadership by representing organisation at different forums Requirements: - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS, R, or STATA; familiarity with mobile data collection platforms (ODK, Kobo, etc.) is a plus. - Strong understanding of education indicators, assessment tools, and government data systems. - Excellent analytical and report-writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex findings for varied audiences. - Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. - Passion for using evidence and data to drive social change, particularly in the field of education
