JD: - Effective planning & managing the Primary Logistics - Responsible for making FG available at 60 + depots as per plan and schedule to achieve weekly sales target - Co-ordinating with Business Heads for weekly indents and Plant team for Stock positions in order to prepare production plan - Weekly despatch plan of 9 manufacturing locations, based on the production plan, sales indent & stock, as per most effective sourcing matrix and communicate the same to plant team - Co-ordinate with business heads for understanding stock priorities and stock liquidation. - Taking decisions for judicious allocation and availability of stocks as per requirement - Responsible for effective vehicle planning in co-ordination with plant logistics Desired Candidate profile: - Well versed in SAP & various MS Excel tools - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to effectively co-ordinate with large group of internal and external stake holders - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize - Having keen analytical & Problem Solving skills - Goal Orientation - System and Process oriented - Ability to handle timelines - High level of integrity and honesty WORK EXPERIENCE: - Candidate from FMCG/F&B / or any other Industry where large volumes are being handled Experience - Minimum 8 to 10 Years, preferably, with both corporate and plant experience
