Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and analytical professionals for our client in the Consulting Segment which is one of the Big 4s. Mainly with the Logistics & Supply Chain Consulting practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, deep understanding of logistics and transportation planning, and the ability to independently deliver strategy and transformation projects for both government and private sector clients. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead and deliver consulting assignments in logistics, supply chain planning, and analytics. 2) Engage with mid to senior-level stakeholders across government and private sector organizations. 3) Conduct and manage feasibility studies, traffic studies, market assessments, transport planning, and logistics infrastructure planning. 4) Develop logistics and supply chain strategies including network planning, process transformation, digital transformation, and growth strategies. 5) Structure complex problems, design innovative solutions, and ensure high-quality project outcomes. 6) Prepare impactful reports, client-ready presentations, and proposals. 7) Manage and analyze large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools. 8) Support business development activities through proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership. 9) Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen practice capabilities and drive growth. 10) Travel to client locations as per project requirements. Required Skills & Competencies: 1) Strong consulting and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. 2) Proven experience in strategy consulting, logistics, supply chain, and transportation projects. 3) Exposure to rail transportation projects is an added advantage. 4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5) Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report writing. 6) Ability to work independently as well as in teams. 7) Quick learner with adaptability and growth-oriented mindset. 8) Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
