Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the complete logistics cycle, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

The role includes managing procurement activities, optimizing transportation and delivery schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and meeting service-level expectations. The position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain execution, timely deliveries, and alignment with operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end logistics operationsincluding inbound, outbound, warehouse, and dispatch activities.

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production and order fulfillment.

- Manage procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, delivery timelines, and documentation.

- Optimize transport planning, routing, and scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements across logistics operations.

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through workflow optimization.

- Maintain strong customer service standards and support issue resolution to uphold service-level performance.

- Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.

- Track logistics KPIs, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or procurement preferably within FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments.

- Strong expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.

- Proven experience in Inventory Management, Dispatch Planning, and Procurement Coordination.

- Knowledge of transport operations, route optimization, and vendor coordination.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.

- Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Excel, and logistics documentation.

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in FMCG or food production environments is an added advantage.
