Role Overview We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and scale our lending operations. This role will be central to setting up systems, managing the full loan lifecycle, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and brings strong expertise in lending operations and customer servicing. Key Responsibilities 1. Loan Operations Management - Implement and configure Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS). - Manage the complete loan lifecycle: application intake, document verification, KYC/C-KYC, underwriting coordination, disbursal, and post-disbursal servicing. - Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure seamless and compliant operations. - Develop and enforce SOPs in line with RBI guidelines and industry standards. 2. Disbursement & Repayment - Oversee accurate and timely loan disbursals through IMPS/NEFT/RTGS and integrated payment gateways. - Track repayments via NACH, UPI, and other digital platforms. - Coordinate with finance for fund flow reconciliation and ledger entries. 3. Vendor & Partner Management - Manage relationships with LMS providers, KYC partners, collection agencies, and payment gateways. - Define SLAs, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance. 4. Process Improvement & MIS Reporting - Continuously identify opportunities to improve TAT, accuracy, and cost efficiency. - Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for leadership visibility. 5. Customer Service - Provide backend support for customer queries, service requests, grievance redressal, and account statements. - Define and implement SOPs for onboarding, servicing, and complaint resolution. Preferred Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and reconciliation. - Familiarity with LOS, LMS, payment gateways, and basic API workflows. Key Skills - Process design & SOP creation. - Cross-functional and external partner coordination. - Compliance adherence and operational audit readiness. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Knowledge of RBI digital lending and data governance norms.
