Job Title: Litigation Manager
Location: Gurugram / Bahadurgarh
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years
Salary Range: Up to 16-17 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Litigation Manager to handle litigation and compliance matters. The role involves managing diverse cases, drafting legal documents, and representing the organization before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil, criminal, labour, and corporate litigation.
- Draft and review petitions, notices, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent in courts, tribunals, consumer forums, NCLT/NCLAT, and DRT.
- Coordinate with external counsels, regulatory departments, and authorities.
- Handle compliance audits under Companies Act, SEBI, FSS Act, Labour Laws, etc.
- Maintain MIS for litigation and compliance updates.
- Manage inspections/raids by ED, CBI, Income Tax, and other agencies.
- Conduct property and contract due diligence.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: LLB+CS Required
Experience: 5+ years in litigation and compliance (corporate/retail/manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of IBC, SARFAESI, SEBI, Companies Act, FSS Act.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and representation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management abilities.
