Company: A leading NBFC of a large Business Conglomerate

Position: Manager - Legal

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Role Details :

- To proactively file legal cases in High Value contracts for attachment of bank accounts and thru other legal recourses.

- Recovery from Loss on Sale (G-FLAG) - To initiate arbitration proceedings, get award, Execution of EP to recover the shortfall on sale of assets

- G Flag Customer management - Sending Notices, Filing legal cases, calling of borrowers/ guarantors for collection of G-Flag Claim Amounts

- Litigations of Regulatory Authorities viz RTO, Sales Tax,etc - To properly handle the litigations and liaise with the concerned authorities for resolution, keep the HO updated

- NCLT Cases - Assisting in managing the NCLT cases filed in the respective location

- Filing of Arbitration cases for awards and ensure completion of arbitration process in least time and close the case through Execution Petition / Negotiated settlement

- To handle efficiently Defending Civil, Criminal and consumer cases against the company

- NPA Recovery - To initiate suitable legal action and proceedings

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Law in regular stream from a recognized college / university with minimum 50% aggregate marks

- Total around 8 to 10 years' experience, with 7 years' experience in Legal with Banking / NBFC

- Communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi (Read, Write and Speak)

- Flair of local language and Geography - Andhra Pradesh

Proficiency:

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook
