Legal & Compliance Job Title: Manager - Legal & Compliance Grade: E2 Function/Department: Legal Compliance Reporting to: Director - Legal & Compliance Role Description: The selected candidate shall be responsible for working on proprietary tool for used for mapping, tracing and reporting compliances, and helping manage regulatory compliance framework to enable reporting to leadership, liaising with external partner(s), and handling other applications and technology being used to manage compliance activities. Roles & Responsibilities (Indicative not exhaustive) : - Mapping, tracking and reporting compliance status of understanding what laws and regulations are is applicable to industry and business processes scheduling compliances based on ownership of departments and business units monitoring compliances reporting compliances to stakeholders - Review compliances under applicable laws for India and Philippines and update them - Conduct compliance reviews and create management reports Manage compliance audits - Carry out legal research and handle queries on compliances from stakeholders - Train users on and create awareness about regulatory compliance framework within the organization Key Results : - Collaborate with management, business and other departments on compliance issues - Ensure that compliance issues/concerns are being appropriately evaluated and resolved - Conduct work and assigned duties with integrity and responsibility - Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces - Ability to handle large projects single-handedly Role Holder Profile: A. Preferred educational qualifications: University degree, Bachelor of Law. Overall Post Qualified Experience Industry Experience: Regulatory Compliance experience mandatory. English qualified lawyer. B. Preferred work experience: - 5+ Years of Experience - Has sound legal knowledge to be able to provide compliance support and advice. - Regulatory Compliance experience required, along with the experience of having worked on any regulatory compliance tool in the market.
