- Candidate shall be responsible to manage the litigation and arbitration matters of the Company. Developing case strategy in partnership with business units and driving cost-effective resolution of litigation disputes. Managing outside counsel. Legal research. - Assisting on all corporate legal matters for all business activities, including advising and negotiating on any corporate transactional matters, documentation, legal due diligence, overseeing and executing on M&A. - Drafting, vetting and negotiations of commercial contracts and provide support to Business team for finalizing the agreements and documentation within the business required standards. - Vetting and preparing notes for business on various RFQ and tenders. - Compliance of the applicable laws and monitoring on regular basis. - Doing research on subjects/issues pertaining to business and advising the same. - Should also have knowledge on land acquisition and lease of property.
