Experience : 4 - 10 Years CTC : 8 - 14 Lakhs Annually Requirement : - Able to manage leasing transactions right from sourcing, submitting proposals, negotiation, documentation, and closure of the deal. - Drive leasing transactions across various locations in India apart from the primary city. - Able to prepare client proposals/pitch/presentations. - Having wide network amongst Pharma, Retail and E-commerce players, FMCG, 3PL, Auto component manufactures, etc. who drive demand for the industrial and logistics park business. - Having an existing network with Brokers, IPC, Industry bodies, Consulates, etc. - Understanding of warehousing and industrial markets. - Knowledge of the legal terms as well as commercial terms for leasing space.
