Principle Tasks & Responsibilities: - Lead needs assessment for training and development to enhance employee effectiveness. - Design and develop HR training programs for management and employees. - Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary assessments. - Train employees on HR issues and practices, delivering course materials. - Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. - Build a performance culture with oversight of the Performance Review & Development framework. - Strategically link Learning and Development to organizational needs and performance reviews. - Develop and update a Learning Program annually post Performance Review. - Create a leadership development framework to maximize leadership capability. - Ensure market-driven benchmarking and transparent annual review processes. - Review and strengthen Ajmal's Financial and non-financial Benefits offerings. - Design the annual HR budget, optimizing resource utilization for effective outcomes. - Ensure timely hiring, track staff movement, attrition, and vacancies. - Implement and monitor an effective performance management system. - Administer and implement HR policies and procedures. - Drive the agenda on employee engagement and talent succession planning. - Oversee compliance with health, building, zoning, and safety requirements. - Arrange and coordinate corporate events/programs.
