We need to have someone with strong manufacturing L&D experience. Someone from Mfg excellence background will also do. The individual is responsible for managing learning interventions. The role begins with identifying learning needs & culminates with effective delivery. The individual will be required to keep himself/herself updated on new age learning models and global industry trends in L&D, s/he is required to have a medium- long term view on business to support key priorities by deploying effective learning interventions. The KRAs : - Learning Plan & Process - Content Design & Delivery - Learning Management System (LMS) - Dashboards & Reporting - Process Compliance QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET - Postgraduate (MBA/MA psychology) from a good university or B School; exposure to psychometrics is desirable - 5+ years of EXPERIENCE in L&D; exposure to content design is mandatory - Strong knowledge of Training models for Example- Kirkpatrick model & Kolbe model. - MS office, proficiency in Advance Excel and PowerPoint - Prior exposure to administration of LMS platforms (Workday/ Cornerstone/ Success Factors) - Structured / process driven work approach - People management and building capability of Direct Report(s) - Maintain & retain confidential information - Needs to exhibit maturity - Research orientation - Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills - Willingness to work flexibly and openness to travel - Attention to detail - Strong presentation & communication skills
