Development Program Management: - Oversee the end-to-end management of development programs, from strategy and coordination to facilitation and evaluation of success metrics. 8. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data insights to inform, adjust, and develop future learning offerings. 9. Learning Management Systems (LMS): Take charge of the complete LMS platform, managing the training lifecycle from content development to implementation. 10. Reporting and Analytics: Assist in preparing and maintaining various training reports, monthly management information systems (MIS), and training dashboards. 11. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of current market and technology trends related to training and development. 12. Process Enhancement: Contribute to the introduction of new methods and processes aimed at improving training delivery and development.
