- Manager - Learning & Development (Renewable Energy)
- Location: Ahmedabad
We are seeking an experienced L&D professional to design and drive learning strategies that build technical, operational, safety, and leadership capabilities across renewable energy domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute L&D strategy aligned with renewable energy business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design structured learning pathways.
- Deliver technical training in solar, wind, BESS, grid integration, EPC, and O&M.
- Implement safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage blended learning delivery, LMS platforms, and external partnerships.
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech + MBA-HR/MHRM
- 8 - 10 years in L&D, with 3+ years in renewable energy, power, utilities, or EPC.
- Strong knowledge of renewable project lifecycle, safety, and compliance.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, digital learning, and stakeholder engagement.
