Role Overview:

As an L&D Manager for a leading Pharma MNC in Pune, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive learning strategies that align with the organization's growth objectives. You will work closely with regional business heads and HR leadership to identify skill gaps, curate high-impact training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Your work will directly influence the operational efficiency and leadership pipeline of the company, ensuring that the workforce remains agile and equipped to navigate the complexities of the global pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end learning and development frameworks that address both functional pharmaceutical competencies and soft-skill requirements.

- Lead leadership development initiatives to identify and groom high-potential employees for critical roles within the organization.

- Manage the full lifecycle of instructional design, from conducting needs assessments to developing engaging content and evaluating program effectiveness.

- Oversee the delivery of training programs across various levels, ensuring high engagement and measurable improvements in performance metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning solutions into the daily workflow, driving long-term business impact.

- Monitor training budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality learning resources.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in creating and deploying scalable training programs within a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies and the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible learning modules.

- Proven ability to facilitate leadership workshops and influence senior stakeholders through data-backed insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds.

- A minimum of 3 - 10 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institute.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Pune, maintaining high standards of professional excellence and adaptability.
