Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and drive the organization's learning strategy. This role focuses on building capability across all levels, identifying learning needs, developing leadership pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with business goals.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in creating impactful learning programs, managing vendors, delivering behavioral trainings, and measuring training effectiveness to ensure organizational growth and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Needs Identification:
- Conduct Training Needs Identification and Analysis (TNI/A) in collaboration with business leaders and functional heads.
- Translate organizational priorities into a strategic learning roadmap.
- Design structured and blended learning interventions-combining instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
Program Design & Execution:
- Build and implement the annual learning calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational and functional goals.
- Design and execute internal programs for first-time managers and mid-level leaders.
- Identify and develop internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to build in-house training capabilities and encourage knowledge sharing.
- Manage enterprise-wide initiatives across leadership development, functional capability building, and technical learning.
Training Delivery & Evaluation:
- Conduct select behavioral and leadership training sessions for various employee groups.
- Assess and measure training effectiveness through post-program evaluations, feedback analysis, and ROI tracking.
- Share insights and improvement recommendations with stakeholders for continuous enhancement.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external training partners and content providers.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI on all learning initiatives.
Engagement & Communication:
- Design internal communication campaigns to promote a learning culture and drive learner engagement.
- Publish regular L&D newsletters, highlighting success stories, upcoming programs, and learning achievements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree required; Master's in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 5-9 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, ideally within consulting, pharma, or other knowledge-driven industries.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs across multiple levels.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end L&D lifecycle (TNI/A, design, delivery, and evaluation).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools preferred.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with experience developing competency frameworks and leadership capability models.
