Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Talent Development and Organization Transformation initiatives within a dynamic and growth-oriented organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Organization Development (OD), competency frameworks, organizational restructuring, leadership capability building, and change management.

This role will play a critical part in shaping a high-performance, agile, and impact-driven workforce by ensuring that talent, organizational structures, and capabilities evolve in alignment with business objectives. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can diagnose organizational needs, design OD interventions, and support leaders through transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Competency Mapping & Capability Frameworks :

- Develop and refine competency models across various organizational levels, with a focus on leadership and critical roles.

- Conduct capability assessments using relevant OD tools to identify strengths, development gaps, and future capability requirements.

- Partner with business leaders to design development roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

2. Organization Development, Design & Restructuring :

- Drive organization development initiatives that enhance agility, effectiveness, and role clarity.

- Lead organization structure reviews, workforce planning, redesign initiatives, and operating model improvements.

- Develop and implement change management plans, communication strategies, and cultural alignment initiatives during transformation programs.

3. Leadership & High-Potential Talent Development :

- Design and implement development programs for high-potential employees and leadership talent.

- Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching sessions, and capability-building interventions.

- Create frameworks, toolkits, and learning architectures that strengthen leadership effectiveness across the organization.

4. Performance Enablement & Talent Insights :

- Strengthen the performance development ecosystem through robust frameworks, metrics, and talent analytics.

- Analyze individual and team performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive continuous improvement and capability enhancement initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership :

- Partner closely with HR, business leaders, and senior stakeholders to align talent development and OD strategies with organizational priorities.

- Advise leaders on organization design, team effectiveness, capability building, and restructuring initiatives.

- Foster a culture of learning, agility, collaboration, and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 10 - 12 years of experience in Talent Development, Organization Development, Organization Design, Leadership Development, or Transformation roles.

- Strong expertise in competency modelling, assessment methodologies, psychometric tools, and leadership development frameworks.

- Proven experience leading organization design, restructuring, culture transformation, and change management initiatives.

- Excellent facilitation, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Certifications in Organization Development, Coaching, Leadership Development, Change Management, or related disciplines are preferred.
