Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and drive organization-wide performance management and capability-building initiatives. The role will be pivotal in aligning workforce development with business objectives, fostering a culture of learning, and enhancing leadership capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management systems aligned with business goals.
- Drive annual L&D strategy, conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI), and close skill gaps.
- Develop and deliver leadership development and functional training programs.
- Implement succession planning, internal mobility, Hi-Pot development, and career growth initiatives.
- Leverage LMS/digital platforms for learning journeys and impact measurement (Kirkpatrick model).
- Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and maintain data confidentiality.
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 9-12 years in HR with strong expertise in Learning & Development and Performance Management.
- Qualification: MBA in HR.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software/tools for performance management, exposure to LMS platforms.
