Experience (range):
- Overall experience of 10-15 years
- At least 5 years in Learning & Development
Role & Responsibility
- The L&D Manager would be responsible for all training needs (behavioral as well as technical)
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g., online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
- Help managers develop their team members through L&D interventions.
- Leadership development
- Should have network with technical as well as behavioral training faculties/ organizations
Technical Skills Required
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Soft Skills Required (e.g. written communication, problem solving ability, interpersonal etc)
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Good networking with trainers for various topics
- Ability to build rapport with employees.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with Business Units, HR and Talent Acquisition
- Should have handled L&D function for midsize IT / IT Services company
Position Reports to:
India Operations Head.
Position involves frequent interactions with CEO, Co-founder and other business leaders
